Shanghai CFETS-ICAP International Money Broking Co., Ltd. is a inter-dealer broker company approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission. The company is invested by the China Foreign Exchange Trade System & National Interbank Funding Center (CFETS) and ICAP plc, the world’s largest interdealer broker. The new joint venture will provide broking services to Domestic and offshore foreign exchange market transactions, money market transactions, bond market transactions, and derivative product transactions.

- Domestic and offshore foreign exchange market transactions
- Domestic and offshore money market transactions
- Domestic and offshore bond market transactions
- Domestic and offshore derivative product transactions
- Other businesses approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission
- In its first stage, the JV will provide the following service
- Currency Deposit
- CNY Deposit
- Bond Repo
- Cash Bond
- IRS
- FX Forward
- FX Swap
- Currency SWAP
- Interbank Borrowing and Lending/Bills
